AirSpec currently helps many large and small building contractors solve water infiltration and indoor air quality complaints. Our services in this area include:

 

· Most importantly, we serve as your advocate with the primary goal of solving the issue with your customer so you may continue building without the worry of poor customer satisfaction and potential lawsuits. 

 

· At the onset of an indoor air quality complaint or water infiltration event, AirSpec, acting as a third party, will discuss the problem with the property owner and develop practical solutions. AirSpec can take over all aspects of the project because we are a Florida Certified Residential Contactor.

 

· AirSpec can conduct the invasive assessment to determine the cause of the building complaint. At your request, a professional report can be prepared that details our findings. This information can be used to assign responsibility.
